PRE-DANCE I
PRE-ACRO I
Ages 2 - 3
Pre-Dance I is a 30-minute creative movement and ballet class for dancers aged 2 to 3 years old. Through basic technique, coordination exercises, and imagination, dancers are able to express themselves in a relaxing and upbeat environment.
Ages 2 - 3
Pre-Acro I is a 30-minute acro class for dancers aged 2 to 3 years old. Through basic acrobatic technique, balancing, and strength work, students are able to become self-aware and learn fun skills! This class is a great addition to Pre-Dance I.
PRE-DANCE II
PRE-ACRO II
Ages 4 - 5
Pre-Dance II is a 45-minute ballet and tap class for dancers aged 4 to 5 years old. Students will become more familiar with ballet techniques while incorporating the principles of tap dancing. They will learn rhythm, timing, and musicality.
Ages 4 - 5
Pre-Acro II is a 30-minute acro class for dancers aged 4 to 5 years old. By incorporating floor and mat skills, students will learn to strengthen their bodies and become more flexible. This class is a great addition to Pre-Dance II.

AGES 6+
BALLET
Levels I - II
Ballet is the foundation of all dance. It teaches dancers discipline and grace through correct body placement, posture, flexibility, timing, and formalized technique.

JAZZ
Levels I - II
Jazz is a powerful and precise style of dance that combines ballet, modern, lyrical, and hip-hop techniques. In class, students will focus on isolations, jazz technique, and performance quality.

ACROBATICS
Levels I - II
Acrobatics teaches dancers how to strengthen their bodies and execute mat, floor, and aerial skills through balance, flexibility, and strength work. Dancers will work on connecting and controlling their movements fluidly.

LYRICAL
Level II
Lyrical dancing uses ballet, modern, and jazz techniques to tell a story. In class, dancers will work on their emotions and performance quality through fluid and expressive movement.
30-minute class
BOYS’ HIP HOP/ACRO
Ages 6+
Boys’ Hip Hop/Acro is a male-only combination class that teaches the fundamentals of hip hop and acrobatics. In this class, dancers will work on stability, strength, coordination, and stamina while learning acrobatic and tumbling tricks.

TAP
Levels I - II
Tap teaches dancers rhythm, timing, balance, and musicality by using tap shoes as an instrument. In class, dancers will focus on simple and complex steps while integrating different rhythms and beats.

HIP HOP
Levels I - II
Hip hop is a fun and energetic style of dance that incorporates coordination, balance, style, and groove. In class, dancers will use edgy and strong movements to express themselves.
